Drummoyne Sailing Club is one of the most popular and well-respected sailing clubs in New South Wales. Established in 1913, the club has a rich history rooted in 16ft Skiff racing and has continually evolved to meet the needs of its members.
The club offers breathtaking panoramic views from Birchgrove to Hunters Hill, spanning North Sydney and showcasing the iconic Spectacle, Cockatoo, and Snapper Islands.
Today, Drummoyne Sailing Club is home to a wide range of sailing classes, including 16ft Skiffs, Yachts, Hartley TS16s, OK Dinghies, and Junior classes such as Sabots, Cherubs, and Flying 11s. It has proudly produced world champions and Olympic medallists, with the next generation of sailing talent being nurtured through its vibrant Sailing Academy.

The clubhouse…
Located on the sparkling shores of Sydney Harbour, Drummoyne Sailing Club is the perfect place to relax, dine, and watch the world sail by. On weekends, you can even catch our sailors sailing by, adding to the lively waterfront atmosphere.
Sailor’s Grill is open seven days a week for casual lunches and dinners, featuring mid-week food and beverage specials that make every visit something to look forward to. ECCO Ristorante offers fine dining on the upper level with stunning harbour views.
Our bars are just as impressive, with over 15 beers on tap, a rotating selection of crafted cocktails, and an extensive wine list to suit every taste.
Beyond dining and drinks, Drummoyne Sailing Club is a vibrant community hub. With TAB, Sky Channel, Keno, and regular events such as raffles and trivia nights, there’s always something happening.
